Though it is actually driven by quartz movement, you would swear this elaborate contraption of a watch probably COULD be steam powered - but would you really want that much pressure on your wrist? But I digress, the opening hatch reveals the gauge style watch face, and Alchemy describes their watch as measuring the decay of time using Carnots second law of thermodynamics.
